Matcha can be prepared in two ways: "usucha" (thin tea) and "koicha" (thick tea), each bringing out different charms of matcha. "Uji-no-Mukashi" has a bright green color and is recommended for koicha (thick tea).
It has an elegant taste with no sharp edges, harmonizing a pleasant bitterness and sweetness.
