This matcha is a favorite of Urasenke Master Yuyusai (表千家 猶有斎).
Matcha can be prepared in two styles: "usucha" (thin tea) and "koicha" (thick tea), each offering a unique way to appreciate its flavors and characteristics.

"Asagiri no Mukashi" is highly recommended for both usucha and koicha preparations.
